Nicolás has worked in agile, cross-functional teams alongside developers, designers, and product managers. His background in operations and support gives him a unique customer-centric perspective: he doesn’t just test features, he thinks about how real users experience them.

- Using AI to level up testing: He combines ChatGPT with pairwise testing to generate smarter test cases for complex scenarios, saving time while maintaining thorough coverage.
