Awesome team building for distributed teams

Nearshore Agile

At AgilityFeat, we are a very distributed and very agile team. Culture is important for any team, but it’s even more important for distributed teams because you need a strong culture to overcome the possible inefficiencies of doing work remotely. There are many ways we have learned to cultivate the culture of our team, but getting everyone together for awesome team building events is one of the most important things we do.

Through these events, we have become more than just a company, more than just a team, more than just a set of voices on a skype call. This video is the essence of who we are and why we love working together. I hope that it inspires you to do awesome events with your distributed teams too.

Do you have questions about how to replicate these events with your distributed teams? Contact me on Twitter, I’d be happy to share more of what we’ve learned.
