Arin Sime

Founder and CEO

As a former software developer, IT leader, and agile trainer, Arin Sime was recruiting remote talent long before the economy required it. He founded AgilityFeat in the US in 2010 as an agile consultancy and then joined forces with David Alfaro in Latin America to turn it into a software development staff augmentation firm, connecting nearshore developers with US companies. Arin is the host of the Scaling Tech Podcast and WebRTC Live.

Mariana López

Chief Operating Officer

Mariana was one of the first members of the AgilityFeat family, joining in 2011. With a background in UX/UI, including expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing, she quickly demonstrated her strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and talent for driving organizational efficiency. As COO, she shapes the company’s growth and paths to operational excellence.

Alberto González

Chief Technical Officer

While Alberto primarily serves as the lead architect for complex real-time communication solutions at our subsidiary, WebRTC.ventures, he also contributes his extensive technical expertise to AgilityFeat. He plays a key role in shaping technical hiring processes, conducting interviews, and setting technical standards. Since joining in 2016, Alberto has been crucial in maintaining the proficiency and innovation of our technical teams.

Jen Oppenheimer

Chief of Staff

Since joining our ranks in 2020, Jen has played a crucial role in driving communication and alignment across our diverse organization, ensuring that time, information, and decision-making processes are as effective as possible. Additionally, she directs our marketing and oversees much of the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all departments work cohesively towards our common goals.

Rafael Amberths

Panama Operations Manager

Rafael is a natural leader who joined us in 2019. He holds a pivotal role in our Panama City, Panama office overseeing operations and enhancing our QA team’s productivity and efficiency. He is also adept at establishing and maintaining partnerships with local entities, such as universities, to foster collaboration and leverage their expertise for the benefit of our organization.
