For all positions

• AgilityFeat specializes in nearshore staffing and hires exclusively in Latin America. Some positions require residence in a specific country, i.e., Colombia or Panama, as noted.
• English fluency is required (B2+ or higher). All of our roles are client-facing and involve daily written and spoken interaction with an international team.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential, with the ability to quickly identify problems, overcome challenges, and provide timely solutions.
• Ability to work remotely on your own equipment with a reliable internet connection.
